About UPPSC Exam – Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission
Uttar Pradesh State Service Examination is conducted every year for various posts like Deputy Collector (SDM), DSP, ARTO, etc.
| Candidate should be graduate in any discipline. Or must have degree equivalent to graduation. |
| General – 21-40 yrs., SC/ST/OBC – 21-45 Yrs. EXAM PATTERN – |
| Prelims exam consists of 2 compulsory papers for 400 marks
1. Paper I – General Studies -200 Marks, 150 Questions 2. Paper –II CSAT – 200 Marks- 100 Questions Total Marks – 400 |
 After qualifying Prelims exam only one may attend Main exam. Main Exam consists of 6 papers in which General Studies Paper I, & II are of objective type. Rest all the 4 papers are Subjective.
1. ESSAY – 150 MARKS 2. HINDI LANGUAGE- 150 MARKS 3. G.S, 1ST PAPER – 200 MARKS 4. G.S., 2ND PAPER – 200 MARKS 5. OPTIONAL SUBJECT -1 – PAPER – I – 200 MARKS 6. OPTIONAL SUBJECT – 1- PPAER – II – 200 MARKS 7. OPTIONAL SUBJECT – 2 – PAPER –I – 200 MARK 8. OPTIONAL SUBJECT – 2 – PAPER – II – 200 MARK |
